The Mintons to celebrate 50th wedding anniversary

Wendell and Eudene Minton will be celebrating their golden wedding anniversary Saturday, August 30, 2008, at their farm in Faubush.
Friends and relatives are invited to join us as we celebrate.
They were married by Bro. Roosevelt Brown at his home in Liberty, Ky.
Eudene’s sister, Ilene, and her husband, Floyd Wilson, were their witnesses.
The Mintons made their home on Joy Drive in Somerset 36 years ago.
Eudene retired from Tecumseh and Wendell retired from Sears.
They are charter members of Calvary Separate Baptist Church in Nancy.
They have one son, Jeff (and Robin) Minton, Russell Springs, and one daughter, Lisa (and David) Norton, Somerset. They have five grandchildren: Eric and Bethany Minton, Russell Springs; Devin and Aaron Norton, Somerset; and Whitney (and Cliff) Drew, Somerset; and two great-grandchildren, Faith and Savannah Grace Drew of Somerset. They have a special great-nephew, who is the same as a grandchild, Drew Polston, of Nancy.
