Workmen are shown March 6 as they pour the last pile to complete a 4,000-foot concrete barrier wall through the earthen section of Wolf Creek Dam. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers officials will gather with state and national dignitaries April 19 to celebrate completion of the $594 million dam rehabilitation project. The public is invited to attend the 11a.m. ceremony.
