Chris Harris Photo Pulaski County Sheriff Todd Wood advised citizens to call from a landline as soon as possible in the event of an emergency to better help 911 dispatchers locate their address, even if they make the initial call on a cell phone. Wood was one of numerous county officials present at a Monday hearing during which citizens of southern Pulaski County registered their concerns about emergency responders being able to find their correct addresses in a timely manner.
