Four people were airlifted from the scene of an accident on Ky. 90 Friday afternoon. The names of the patients have not yet been released by officials, but according to the Pulaski County Sheriff’s Department the accident occurred when the red GMC Envoy, pictured, collided head-on with the Nissan pick-up truck, also pictured. Officials believe the driver of the Envoy was attempted to turn left off of Ky. 90 into a business parking lot when the SUV struck the westbound truck.
