Brad Cooper to celebrate 50th birthday

Somerset — Brad Nardson Cooper will celebrate his 50th birthday July 9, 2011!

Brad is the son of Richard W. and Sue K. Cooper of Science Hill, Ky. He is the brother to three older sisters: Virginia (and Bruce) Cooper Boss, Indianapolis, Ind., Beverlee Cooper Dowdy, Science Hill, and Vivian (and Arwin) Cooper Dalton, Eubank, Ky. He has two nieces who he adores: Heather (and Brian) Boss Roach, Georgetown, Ky., and Paula (and Adam) Dowdy Roberts, Lebanon Junction, Ky. Brad is also a great-uncle to Kayla, Tyler and Cameron Roach of Georgetown, who they think is pretty “great!”

Playing music, especially Elvis Presley and Johnny Cash, is Brad’s favorite pastime.

Bowling with his friends, Patrick, Tina, Sabrina and Mindy, is an every Saturday afternoon outing.

As for a favorite vacation spot, none other than Gatlinburg, Tenn.

Monday through Friday Brad enjoys being at TENCO Industries.

Brad is a tease and enjoys pulling little pranks on you when you are not watching.

Two words that best describe Brad are compassionate and loving.

First United Methodist Church of Somerset, Ky., is where he can be found on Sunday mornings for early church and Sunday school. He has been a dedicated honorary member for over 43 years.

Brad loves his Lord and can be an inspiration to all who knows him.

If you see Brad out and about this week, wish him a happy birthday!

A family celebration is being planned at his Science Hill home.

Happy Birthday, Brad.

May God keep you ever safe in his watchful care.

With Love from

your blessed family!
