The International Dinner, held last Saturday, was once again sponsored by the morning Rotary Club. The money raised during the event goes to support various humanitarian, educational and cultural programs and operations across the world.
Countries and cultures represented include Argentina, Bosnia, Bulgaria, Cajun, Chile, China, Cuba, the Dominican Republic, Egypt, Ethiopia, France, Germany, India, Iran, Israel, Italy, Mexico, Pakistan, Palestine, Panama, the Philippines, Romania, Scotland, Syria, Thailand, Turkey, the United Kingdom and Venezuela. The United States was represented by a booth offering Cajun food from Louisiana. The crowd as well as the cooks enjoyed an excellent evening of getting to know each other.
