RECC representatives Doug Conley and Bruce Parkey handed out buckets filled with two energy-saving light bulbs and an information packet to RECC members who came to last night’s event, the 2009 South Kentucky RECC Annual Meeting. The weather was chilly and rainy, but crowds came from several counties to collect their free bulbs and enjoy comedian Carl Hurley.
