— DeAnnette Smith, 43 years, Bronston, Ky. died March 28, 2009 at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital, Somerset, Ky.
Funeral services were held Wednesday, April 1, 2009 at McCreary County Funeral Home with Stephen Young officiating. Burial was in Cooper Creek Cemetery.
She was born at Cincinnati, Ohio on December 22, 1965 the daughter of Porter and Nadine Young Jones and the late Arvis Smith. She was a nurse’s assistance.
Her father, Arvis Smith and her sister, Yvette Richardson precedes her in death.
Survivors include her sons Craig Howard and wife, Nannette, New Castle, Ind.; Blaine Brake, Bronston, Ky. and Jordan Brake and Katie, Somerset, Ky. Her parents Porter and Nadine Young Jones, Somerset, Ky., survive her. The surviving brother and sisters are Roger Smith (and wife Tami), Somerset, Ky.; Kim Morgan, Whitley City, Ky.; Marcy Dillman (and husband Kenny Wilson), Somerset, Ky.. The surviving grandchildren are Gavin and Skilie Howard; Blake Brake and Kalyn.
McCreary County Funeral Home entrusted with arrangements.
