Jayson “Rilee” Phelps would like to announce the birth of his brother, Jaxson Reece Phelps.
Jaxson Reece was born April 14, 2009. He weighed 7 pounds 9 ounces and was 21 inches long.
Dr. Dale E. Rutledge, along with a very special nurse, Janet Roberts, delivered Jaxson Reece at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital.
The proud parents are Jason and Jennifer Phelps of Burnside, Ky.
Jaxson’s grandparents are Larry and Sharon Davis of Harriman, Tenn., Kathy and Roger McClendon of Nancy, Ky., and Jackie and Renee Phelps of Eubank, Ky.
He was also welcomed by many very special aunts, uncles, cousins and friends who love him.
