The Indictment of a person by a grand jury is an accusation only and that person is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty or otherwise pleads guilty.
Russell Taylor, 49, 571 East Somerset Church Road, Somerset, on or about Dec. 12, 2007, in Pulaski County committed the offense of complicity to trafficking in a controlled substance, second degree, first offense, by promoting, planning, counseling or aiding Lori Lee Dykes in the trafficking of a controlled substance in the second degree.
Vincent Barron, 40, Somerset, on or about July 1, 2007, in Pulaski County committed the offenses of burglary, second degree, by entering or remaining unlawfully in a dwelling belonging to Michael F. Hewitt with the intent to commit a crime; and theft by unlawful taking, by unlawfully taking property belonging to Hewitt of a value over $300.
Danny Wayne Walden, 53, 1717 Stonegate Drive, Burnside, on or about Jan. 10, 2008, in Pulaski County committed the offenses of terroristic threatening, second degree, by threatening to commit an act likely to result in death or serious physical injury upon April Mounce, principal at Burnside Elementary School; possession of a handgun by a convicted felon, by being in possession of a firearm after having been convicted of a felony; unlawful possession of a weapon on school property, by possessing a firearm on his person while on school ground; and terroristic threatening, third degree, by threatening to cause serious physical injury upon Steve Cundiff.
