Humane Society’s yard sale a success; thanks extended for donations, support

The Pulaski County Humane Society recently held yard sale was a huge success. The society wishes to extend thanks to Paul Patel, center, owner of Red Roof Inn (formerly Landmark Inn); Steve Patel, general manager; Jeff Moses, general contractor for the donations of furniture for the yard sale; Carroll Transportation and driver Jim Durkey (left). A special thanks to Penny Kramer for the use of her facility and to the community for donations and support to make this yard sale a success. Commonwealth Journal


Peggy Stinson and Phyllis Dumas donated a quilt, “Falla,” to the Pulaski County Humane Society. Raffle tickets are on sale now at the adoption days at Somerset Mall on the third Saturday of each month from noon until 4 p.m. or call Ellie at (606) 416-5437.
