The Indictment of a person by a grand jury is an accusation only and that person is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty or otherwise pleads guilty.

Joseph G. Mollette, 24, and Jeffery Wayne Sneed, 35, 119 Lair St., Somerset, on or about Jan. 1, 2008, in Pulaski County, committed the offenses of burglary, second degree, by unlawfully entering or remaining unlawfully in a dwelling belonging to Brent Ray with the intent to commit a crime; and theft by unlawful taking by taking property belonging to Ray of a value over $300.

Brandon D. Mayfield, 19, 58 Shafter Shepola Road, Somerset, on or about March 10, 2008, in Pulaski County committed the offense of theft by unlawful taking by taking property belonging to Marjorrie K. Spears of a value over $300.

Chrisdena Sue Jones, 32, HC 74 Box 610, Monticello, on or about June 12, 2008, in Pulaski County committed the offense of theft by unlawful taking by taking property belonging to JCPenney of Somerset of a value over $300.

Matthew Allen Loveless, 24, 468 Antioch Road, Burnside; Carl E. Dowell Jr., 23, 50 Toney Lane, Tateville; and Anthony W. Montgomery, 24, on or about Jan. 23, 2008, in Pulaski County committed the offenses of burglary, second degree, by unlawfully entering or remaining in a dwelling unit belonging to Reida Helton with the intent to commit a crime; and theft by unlawful taking by taking property belonging to Helton of a value over $300.

Marvin L. Stigall, 44, 710 State Route 109 N, Clay, Ky., on or about Sept. 22, 1995, through June 30, 2008, in Pulaski County committed the offense of flagrant nonsupport by failing to provide for minor child-children in the amount of $3,571.

Donna Vanhook, 53, 305 Meece St., Somerset, on or about Nov. 14, 2007, in Pulaski County committed the offense of intimidating a participant in a legal process by threatening the use of physical harm upon Kathy Kimball whom she believes to be a witness against Tim Pence Jr. in a legal process.

Tim Pence, 29, 3443 Elrod Road, Somerset, and Brian Alcorn, 24, 8875 East Ky. 70, Eubank, on or about Jan. 10, 2008, in Pulaski County committed the offense of burglary, second degree, by unlawfully entering or remaining in a dwelling belonging to Roger Burdine with the intent to commit a crime, and theft by unlawful taking, by taking property belonging to Burdine of a value under $300.

Carl Cowell Jr., 24, 50 Toney Lane, Tateville, and Lesley Shelton, 27, 108 Todd Blvd., Somerset, on or about Jan. 30, 2008, in Pulaski County committed the offense of theft by unlawful taking, by taking property belonging to Danny Yanders of a value over $300.

Jamie D. Oaks, 27, 1350 East Ky. 635, Lot #1, Science Hill, on or about Feb. 14, 2008, in Pulaski County committed the offenses of trafficking in a controlled substance, first degree, first offense, by possessing Methadone, a scheduled II controlled substance, with the intent to distribute-sell; careless driving by operating a motor vehicle upon the highway in a careless manner without regard for safety and convenience of others; and operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, first offense.

Tina Marie Lane, 24, 154 Cotter Ave., Somerset, on or about June 24, 2008, in Pulaski County committed the offense of theft by unlawful taking by taking property belonging to Oscar Lee Long of a value over $300.

Victor L. Dennison, 49, 2340 Pierce Hill Road, Dayton, Tenn., on or about June 3, 2008, in Pulaski County committed the offenses of theft by unlawful taking by taking property belonging to Claude Barlow of a value over $300, and theft by deception, by obtaining property-money belonging to Claude Barlow through the creating or reinforcing false impression as to the intention and matter or other state of mind, thereby depriving Barlow of such property or money of a value over $300.

Robin Michelle Wolsey, 35, HC 74 Box 445, Monticello, and Lisa Gayle Dishmond, 42, HC 74 Box 444, Monticello, on or about May 16, 2008, in Pulaski County Wolsey committed the offense of robbery, second degree, by using physical force upon Jodi Brewer while in the course of committing a theft at JCPenney of Somerset; and Dishmond committed the offense of complicity to robbery, second degree, by promoting, planning, counseling or aiding Wolsey in the robbery of JCPenney.

Corey L. Bolin, 26, 3540 Stilesville Road, Science Hill, on or about April 9, 2008, in Pulaski County committed the offense of fleeing or evading police, first degree, by disobeying a police officer’s signal to stop his vehicle in an attempt to elude police after engaging in conduct of wanton endangerment which created a substantial danger of death or serious physical injury; and no motorcycle operator’s license.

Charli L. Jones, 21, 700 East Mt. Vernon St., Apt. #5, Somerset, on or about July 15, 2008, in Pulaski County committed the offense of robbery, second degree, by using physical force upon a person while in the course of committing a theft at Mark’s Hallmark of Somerset.

Dennis Compton, 45, Somerset, and Wendell Phelps, 47, Grundy Meadows, Somerset, on or about June 2006 in Pulaski County committed the offense of receiving stolen property by having in their possession property belonging to Danny Abbott of a value over $300 and knowing it to have been stolen.

Matthew A. Loveless, 23, 468 Antioch Road, Burnside, on or about July 28, 2007, in Pulaski County committed the offense of receiving stolen property by having in his possession property belonging to Dave Baker of a value over $300 and knowing it to have been stolen.

Paul Allen Wiles, 42, 7415 #2 Shady Acres, Science Hill, on or about Jan. 2, 2008, in Pulaski County committed the offenses of receiving stolen property by having in his possession property belonging to Vickie Birchfield of a value over $300 and persistent felony offender, second degree, by being convicted of at least one prior felony.

Iris K. Thompson, 36, 123 Carroll St., Somerset, on or about Nov. 13, 2002, through Sept. 1, 2007, in Pulaski County committed the offense of flagrant nonsupport by failing to provide for minor child-children in the amount of $10,153.16.

Gary Burgess Rollins, 48, Pulaski County Detention Center, Somerset, on or about June 25, 2008, in Pulaski County committed the offense of escape, second degree, by escaping from the custody of the Pulaski County Detention Center while on work release detail, and persistent felony offender, first degree, by being convicted of at least two prior felonies.

Sandra K. Price, 26, 101 Ky. 1003, Lot #10, Somerset, on or about Aug. 8, 2007, in Pulaski County committed the offense of criminal abuse, first degree, by intentionally abusing a person under 12 years of age, thereby causing physical injury or placing him/her in a situation that may cause serious physical injury or cause torture, cruel confinement or cruel punishment.

Tricia Lynn Kimbler, 36, on or about June 2008 through July 2008 in Pulaski County committed the offenses of criminal abuse, first degree, by intentionally abusing a person under 12 years of age thereby causing physical injury and/or placing said minor in a situation that may cause serious physical injury or torture, cruel confinement or punishment; and criminal abuse, first degree, by intentionally abusing a person under 12 years of age.

David Allen Kingsley Jr., 31, 172 Northridge Drive, Somerset, on or about Aug. 15, 2008, in Pulaski County committed the offenses of robbery, first degree, by threatening to shoot and/or cause physical harm upon Jennifer Landrum while in the course of committing a theft at Midtown Express Station; and persistent felony offender, second degree, by being convicted of at least one prior felony.
