The Indictment of a person by a grand jury is an accusation only and that person is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty or otherwise pleads guilty.
Tracy Cromer, 32, 296 Sigmon St., Brodhead, on or about July 7, 2007, in Pulaski County committed the offenses of possession of a controlled substance, first degree, first offense, by knowingly and unlawfully possessing Oxycodone, possession of a controlled substance, third degree, first offense, by unlawfully possessing alprazolam, and driving under the influence, first offense.
Mark E. Denney, 48, 1230 Old Cuba Road, Eubank, on or about July 7, 1998, through July 31, 2007, committed the offense of flagrant nonsupport by failing to provide for minor child-children in the amount of $15,770.
Darrell Gene Daulton II, 31, 579 Jeru Knob Road, Burnside, and Tara Haynes Davis, 36, 103 Walnut St., Ferguson, on or about July 16, 2007, in Pulaski County, Daulton committed the offenses of robbery, first degree, by threatening the use of physical force or harm upon Norma Durham with a dangerous instrument while in the course of committing a theft, and persistent felony offender, second degree, by being convicted of at least one prior felony; Davis committed the offense of complicity to robbery, first degree, by counseling, planning, promoting or aiding Daulton in the robbery of Norma Durham.
Jarrad C. Bell, 34, 157 Ramsey St., Monticello, on or about Feb. 1, 1997, through July 31, 2007, committed the offense of flagrant non-support by failing to provide for minor child-children in the amount of $15,978.51.
Michael D. Nevels, 26, 189 Rolling Cliff Drive, Bronston, on or about June 3, 2007, in Pulaski County committed the offense of forgery, second degree, by falsely making-completing a written instrument with the intent to defraud or deceive Monticello Banking of Somerset.
Danny Honaker, 46, 1115 Trials End, Somerset, on or about July 22, 2007, in Pulaski County, committed the offense of possession of forged prescription, first offense, by possessing and attempting to pass a forged prescription for a controlled substance at Kroger’s Pharmacy.
Donald Anthony Fitzpatrick, 34, 220 Monticello St., Somerset, on or about July 2, 2007, in Pulaski County committed the offense of receiving stolen property, by having in his possession property belonging to Vanhook Enterprises of a value over $300 and knowing it to have been stolen.
Terry Lynn Stringer, 33, 417 West Gate Drive, Somerset, on or about March 20, 2007, in Pulaski County committed the offense of prohibited act regarding controlled substances by knowingly and unlawfully obtaining a prescription by fraud, false statement, false representation or otherwise in violation of KRS 218A.
Larry D. Pitman, 45, 220 Burke Drive, Somerset, on or about July 9, 2007, in Pulaski County committed the offenses of receiving stolen property, by having in his possession property belonging to Crane Plumbing, LLC, of a value over $300, and persistent felony offender, first degree, by being convicted of at least two prior felonies
