Molen indicates he will plead guilty to civil rights violation

Attorneys for Pulaski County Sheriff’s Deputy Steven Molen this week filed court documents indicated the embattled officer has accepted a plea deal in his civil rights case in the Western District of Kentucky.
Molen has been accused of violating the civil rights of a total of three alleged victims while acting under the color of the law. Two of those alleged acts took place in the Eastern District of Kentucky, and one of those allegedly occurred in the Western District. 
Molen has indicated he will plead guilty to one count of civil rights violation. 
Molen’s attorneys are asking in the Western District case for a rearraignment and sentencing hearing. 
The documents were filed electronically on Thursday, Nov. 14.
