A Pulaski County man was arrested on a warrant of indictment last week for his suspected part in a robbery at a gas station.
According to the Pulaski County Sheriff’s Depart-ment, Aaron Hammonds, 34, of Poplar Estates, Somerset, was arrested Friday, Jan. 2, and charged with third-degree complicity to burglary and complicity to theft by unlawful taking over $300 in connection with an October robbery at Lakeway Shell on West Ky. 80.
Hammonds was indicted by a Pulaski grand jury in November for his alleged part in the Oct. 15 robbery.
He was lodged in the Pulaski County Detention Center on a $5,000 cash bond.
The sheriff’s department also arrested two Somerset men on warrants of arrest after an investigation was conducted into a burglary on Lake View Drive.
According to the sheriff’s department, Steven M. Colley, 22, of 90 Lost Lodge Road, Somerset, was arrested on a Pulaski District Court warrant of arrest on Sunday and charged with second-degree burglary and theft by unlawful taking over $300.
Brian J. Epperson, 29, of Lost Lodge Road, Somerset, was also arrested on Sunday on a Pulaski District Court warrant of arrest and charged with second-degree complicity to burglary and theft by unlawful taking over $300.
Authorities investigated a Dec. 19 incident in which one suspect drove a vehicle to an area near Lake View Drive while another suspect entered a residence on Lake View Drive unlawfully and stole items valued at approximately $1,400. Those suspects were later identified as Colley and Epperson.
Colley and Epperson were lodged in the Pulaski County detention Center.
