Bryan and Heather Scruggs are happy to announce the birth of their precious daughter, Bryleigh Ann Scruggs.
Bryleigh was born November 2, 2007, 11:10 p.m. at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital with Dr. Tara Horn delivering her. She weighed 7 pounds 9 ounces and was 20-1/2 inches long.
Maternal grandparents are Reece and Ruby Patterson. Maternal great-grandmother is Ellen Patterson.
Paternal grandparents are Darrell and Janie Scruggs. Paternal great-grandparents are Carolyn and Fred Meece.
She was also welcomed by her aunts and uncles, Cherice Patterson, Chris Fabrizio, Natalie and Rob Pollard, along with cousins, Kyler and Andrew Pollard.
