Somerset —

With 4:02 left to play in the fourth quarter, a basket from Corey Shelton put the Yellowjackets out front for the first time of the night at 46-44. The Jumpers would quickly answer back, as Powell got a lay-up to knot the game up at 46 apiece.
Shelton came up big for Williamsburg again, nailing a trey to put his team ahead 49-46 with 3:13 left in the fourth stanza. A free-throw and a three-pointer from Ryan Dishman put Somerset back out front by a one-point margin at 50-49.
With 59 seconds left to play, Shelton went 1 of 2 from the charity stripe, tying the game up at 50-50. Ryan Dishman’s shot with a second left in the game would barely miss, forcing the game into overtime.
The Yellowjackets would lead the entire overtime period until 7.8 seconds left in extra session, when Ryan Dishman scored on a lay-up and then hit the free-throw to put the Jumpers ahead 60-59. Williamsburg would turn the ball over on their possession, clinching the victory for Cothron and the Jumpers.
Ryan Dishman led the way for Somerset with a contest-high 26 points. Tyler Dishman chimed in with 9 points, while Chandler Purcell tallied 7 points.
