Sheriff's office investigating weekend shooting

The Pulaski County Sheriff’s Department released information late Wednesday about an alleged shooting that took place Sunday morning just after midnight at 3950 East Ky. 70 in northern Pulaski County that left one man injured. According to the sheriff’s department, Christopher Foster was shot while at the residence of David and Nancy Kilby after allegedly being bitten by a dog and getting into a confrontation about it with the homeowner. Foster was flown to Lexington for medical treatment of non-life threatening injuries, according to the sheriff’s department. No charges have been filed in the incident so far.
