Wreck on South U.S. 27

Somerset — Traffic flow was snagged for a bit Thursday afternoon after a two-vehicle accident occurred at the intersection of South U.S. 27 and Kit-Cowan Road at Light 21. James Wilson, 61, the driver of the van pictured behind the Montero Sport, driven by Koreina Gibson, 35, was transported to Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital for treatment. Gibson declined medical treatment, according to the Somerset Police Department, which investigated the accident.
