Tateville — Several fire departments were called to this home, located on Valley View Drive in the Dixie Bend area of Tateville, just after 5 p.m. Monday. The owner of the house was home when the fire broke out, and everyone escaped with no injuries. The residence was deemed a total loss, and the Tateville, Parkers Mill, and Burnside fire departments stayed on the scene for several hours Monday.
