Norma J. Herrington, 66, of Stanford died Tuesday at her home. Born August 25, 1942 in Lincoln County to the late William Guy and Dorothy Lucille Cox Bailey she was a homemaker and a member of Fairview Church of Christ.
Survivors include her husband of 46 years Curt Herrington of Stanford; two daughters Lisa (and Jesse) Turpin of Stanford and Michelle (and Stephen) Price of Lancaster; five brothers, William Bailey of Peoria, Ill., John Bailey of Ashland, Ky., Robert Bailey of Bloomington, IL, Thomas Bailey of Bryceville, Fla., and Ed Bailey of Stanford, Ky.; a sister, Dorothy Smallwood of Norwood, Ohio; four grandchildren William, Sarah and Brayden Price and Alyssa Turpin; several neices and nephews; she was preceded in death by a brother Freddie Bailey, two sisters Rosa Lee Baldwin and Alberta Seward and a grandaughter Emily Jean Price.
Visitation will be from 5-9 p.m. today, with a funeral service Friday at 11 a.m. all at Spurlin Funeral Home Chapel.
Officiating the service will be Brother Russell Dunaway.
Burial will be in Camp Nelson National Cemetery.
