Bonnie Driskill Graybeal

Bonnie Driskill Graybeal of Somerset, Ky. passed away June 25, 2009 at her residence.

Bonnie was born in Dawson, Alabama, daughter of the late William Burl and Sarah Holcomb Driskill. Bonnie was married to James Vance Graybeal, who preceded her in death. They were married in Florence, Ala. in 1942. Bonnie was a homemaker and was also a member of the First United Methodist Church in Somerset, Ky.

Bonnie is survived by her daughters, Judi Cappon of Somerset, Ky., Marcia Souza (and Joe) of Louisville, Ky., Beth Rutherford (and Tony), of Columbia, Ky., and Jennifer Eaves (and John) of St. Louis, Mo. Also surviving Bonnie are her grandchildren, Melissa Newton, Susan Hislope, Karen Mize, Garrett Souza, Lizzie Souza, Van Eaves, and Laura Eaves; great-grandchildren Tyler Mize, and Sarah Mize; and a great-great-grandchild, Jason Scott Hislope.

Bonnie was preceded in death by her parents and husband. She also leaves behind several special care-givers, Denita Ricketts, Sandy Price, Anita Duncan, Lynette Benitez, and Doreen Gipson.

Contributions may take the form of donations to Hospice of Lake Cumberland or favorite charity.

The family will receive friends from 10 a.m. until 12 p.m. today at the chapel of Somerset Undertaking & Crematory.
