Danny Baugh

Danny Baugh, 57, of Danville, Ky., formerly of Kings Mountain, passed away Tuesday, July 7, 2009 at Ephraim-McDowell Medical Center.

He was born in Waynesburg, Ky. on Nov. 1, 1951, son of the late Lonnie and Opal Maurer Baugh. He was a plumber.

He is survived by his wife, Cheryl Tackett Baugh; two daughters, Sarah Baugh (and Michael Perrin) of Danville and Crystal Waters of Somerset; one son, George (and LaTavia) Gadberry of Atlanta, Ga.; three sisters, Alane Cress of Waynesburg, Adele Baugh of Georgetown, Ky. and Diane Patera Cicero of Ill.; six grandchildren, Courtney, Daniel, Devon, Isiah, Madison and Tristan; and 10 nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents; one son, Daniel James Baugh; and one brother, Lennie Baugh.

A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, July 10, 2009 at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home with Bro. David Muse officiating.

Visitation will be after 11 a.m. Friday at the funeral home.

Morris & Hislope Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
