— Charles "C.P." Garner, age 74, of Cleves, Ohio, passed away on Sunday, Dec. 28, 2008 in Ohio.
He was born on June 30, 1934 in Nancy, Ky., the son of the late Chester and Versa Ard Garner. He was a self-employed truck driver.
Mr. Garner is survived by his wife, LaDonna K. Fryman Garner; four children, Vicki Lynn, Lolia, Charlie, and Billy; four grandchildren, Carrie Jo, Curt, Shelby Rae, and Eddie; and five siblings, Roy, Billy, Inez, Betty, and Barb.
Preceding him in death were his parents and two siblings, Iris and Floyd.
Visitation for Mr. Garner will be Wednesday, Dec. 31 after 11 a.m. at the chapel of Lake Cumberland Funeral Home, 1046 West Highway 80, Somerset.
Funeral service will be held on Wednesday, Dec. 31 at 2 p.m. at the chapel of Lake Cumberland Funeral Home with Bro. J.S. New officiating. Burial will follow in the Chesterview Cemetery in Nancy, Ky.
In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made to the Vitas Hospice, 11500 Northlake Drive, Suite 400, Cincinnati, Ohio 45249.
