Brenda Sue Neeley, born Dec. 13, 1948, passed into the arms of her Heavenly Father on Tuesday,
Oct. 29, 2013.
Awaiting her arrival were her parents, Curtis Bryant and Thelma Epperson Neeley; grandparents, Arthur Lee and Mildred Murphy Epperson, Lafayette and Sally Bryant Neeley; uncles, Claude Neeley and Arthur Neeley; and aunts, Stella Harrison, Lois Leese and Pearl Neeley.
She was a member of Oak Hill Baptist Church. She loved riding her motorcycle, reading and traveling.
She is survived by her two dear children, Bryon John (Kara Haynes) Vaught and Gina Denise (Will Baker) Vaught; five precious grandchildren, Spencer Kate, Ella Kincaid, Ezra Harrison, Nolan Walker Vaught and Addison Shae Morgan.
She is also survived by a very special white furry buddy, a Pom named Lilly.
She is also survived by her wonderful sisters and brother-in-law, June (Leonard) Branscum and Alice (H.G.) Bales; sweet nieces and nephews, Neal (Rebekah) Branscum, Julie (Michael) Peterson, Jace Bales and Zach (Melissa Muse) Bales; and four great-nieces and great-nephews, Madeline Bryant and Claire Beth Peterson, and Ryder Walters and Kathleen Elizabeth Branscum.
Also surviving her are special uncles and aunts, Odessa Neeley, Wanda (Cecil) Burton, Roberta (Joe) Isaacs and Oscar (Marsha) Epperson; many special cousins; and many wonderful friends including motorcycle buddies, Jerry and Teresa Hall and Danny and Janet Whitaker.

Visitation will be held Friday, Nov. 1, 2013 after 3 p.m. at the Oak Hill Baptist Church.
Funeral services will be held Friday, Nov. 1, 2013 at 7 p.m. at the Oak Hill Baptist Church with Bro. Gary Phelps and Dr. Harold Brown officiating.
Burial will be in the Oak Hill Cemetery.

Mr. Delma Lonas Simpson of Stab, Ky. passed away Tuesday, Oct. 29, 2013 at his residence having reached the age of 96 years 10 months and 7 days.
He was born on Nov. 22, 1916 in Bent, Ky. to Coleman Simpson and Lottie Harris (Hawk) Simpson. He served in World War II in South Pacific Islands and Australia from 1942-1946.
He was united in marriage to Edna Marie Harper, who preceded him in death.
He was also preceded in death by his parents; his stepfather, Rothel Hawk; a son, James Delma Simpson; a grandchild, Marcy Anne Higgins; an infant sister; and three brothers, Clinton, Charles and Carlos Hawk.
Delma is survived by the following children: Linda Sue (and Glenn) Ping, Ruby Joyce Higgins, Lottie Jane (and Bob) Trowbridge, Nancy Mae (and Jim) Higgins, Anthony Dwight “Tony” (and Billie) Simpson, Melody Marie Simpson and Thomas Trace Simpson; the following grandchildren: Anna (and Jeff) Mize, Edward Bullock, Michelle (and Mike) Richardson, Jamie Simpson, Steven (and Hope) Higgins, Elaine (and Steve) Hall, Corey (and Chris) Criswell, Mary Higgins, Whitney (and Nathaniel) Harden, Alex Simpson, Jacinda Tonelli, August, Emarie and Reagan Simpson; great-grandchildren, Miranda (and Ben) Hunt, Caitlin (and Jonathan) Mize, Cameron and Zachary Bullock, Christopher and LaShea Richardson, Jacob Hodgens, Angel Denney, Allison and Molly Higgins, Samantha (and Lance) Minton, Deanna Bowles, Dakota Lee, Jackson Hall and Isabella Hardin; great-great-grandchildren, Owen Hunt, Maverick Hunt and Conner Minton; and sisters, Marie Farmer of Bargersville, Tenn., Marlene Dolen of Rogersville, Tenn., and Fales Hawk of Woodstock, Ky.
Delma was a member of the Bethany Baptist Church and he was a farmer.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, Nov. 1, 2013 in the chapel of Pulaski Funeral Home at 11 a.m. with Bro. Alan Dodson officiating.
Burial will follow in the Price Valley Cemetery.
The family of Mr. Delma Simpson will receive friends on Friday, Nov. 1, 2013 after 9 a.m. until time for services at Pulaski Funeral Home.

Michael Darrin Spears, 47, of Cincinnati, Ohio, passed away Saturday, Oct. 26, 2013 at Mercy Health Hospital in Fairfield, Ohio.
He was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on Oct. 26, 1966, son of Darrel and Jean Irvine Spears. He was a printer for Euro Stampa in Cincinnati.
He is survived by his parents, Darrel and Jean Spears of Bethelridge; fiancé, Lori Winsted of Cincinnati, Ohio; one brother, Gregory Spears of Cincinnati, Ohio; niece, Olivia Spears; nephew, Zachary Whalen; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins; and his dog, Ellie Mae.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Folger and Beatrice Irvine; and paternal grandparents, Roy and Nina Spears.
A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, Nov. 1, 2013 at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home with Bro. Mark Eubanks officiating.
Burial will be in Bethelridge Cemetery.
Visitation will be after 6 p.m. today, Thursday at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home.
