Paul Couch
Paul Couch, 82, of Somerset, Ky., passed away on Friday May 30, 2014 at Hospice of Lake Cumberland Jean Waddle Care Center. 
He was born on February 24, 1932 in Stearns, Ky. to the late Clarence and Barthena Charles Couch. 
Paul was retired from CSX Railroad in Pensecola, Fla. He was of the Church of God faith and enjoyed yardwork, gardening and spending time with his grandchildren. 
He is preceded in death by his parents; three brothers, Hubert, David, Donald; and two sisters, Ruth and Betty. 
He is survived by his wife of 64 years, Betty Jo Couch; one son, Steve Couch of Pensecola, Fla.; four daughters, Vickie Howard of Morrs Hill, Ind., Sharon Mitchell of Pensecola, Fla., Paula Rainey of
Evansville, Ind., and Kim Fike of Havelock, N.C.; one brother, Charles Couch of Jensen Beach, Fla.; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. 
At his request, there will be no funeral service.
Southern Oaks Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. 
Austin Mincey
Austin Mincey, 14, of Bethelridge, Ky., son of Tim and Julie Mincey, passed away Tuesday, June 3, 2014.
Arrangements are pending and will be announced later by Morris & Hislope Funeral Home.
Morris & Hislope Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.

Kelson Salyers
Kelson Salyers, 82, of Eubank, Ky., passed away Sunday, June 1, 2014 at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital.
He was born in Perry County, Ky., on October 10, 1931, son of the late James B. and Martha Combs Salyers.  He served his country in the U.S. Army during the Korean War. He was a retired electrician for Tecumseh Products.
He is survived by his wife, Zellene Gholson Salyers, whom he married on December 31, 1955; two sons, Mark (and Sheryl) Salyers of Macon, Ga., and Scott (and Stephanie) Salyers of Eubank; two sisters, Lorraine Laboe of Trenton, Mich., and Bertha Maggard of Eubank; one special granddaughter, Sophia Salyers of Eubank; and one grandson, Trevor Howe of Pembroke, Ga.
