Louella Cundiff, 90, of Somerset, Ky., passed away Tuesday, Oct. 30, 2012 at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital. 
She was born April 6, 1922 in Bent, Pulaski County, Ky. to the late Robert and Mary Phelps Mize.  Louella was a member of High Street Baptist Church. She was very dedicated to her church. She assisted in VBS, taught Sunday School class and did mission work. She was past president of the Rebeccas, she was a loyal Democrat and she worked the polls for many years. She worked as a sales clerk in the Hughes Department Store.
Louella is survived by her sons, John L. (Frances) Cundiff of Foley, Ala., and William David (Kathy) Cundiff of Port St. Lucie, Fla.; grandchildren, Deron (Nancy) Cundiff of Plainfield, Ind., Jenna (Mike) Price of Plainfield, Ind., Christopher (Michelle) Cundiff of Bellingham, Mass., Patrick Jordan of Port St. Lucie, Fla., Timothy Craft of Indianapolis, Ind., Kenny Craft of Avon, Ind. and Cheryl Craft of Plainfield, Ind.; and four great-grandchildren. 
She is also survived by her sisters, Zella Smith of Somerset, Ky., and Evelyn Wesley of Mich. and Betty Jo Bullock of Eubank, Ky.
Preceding her in death were her parents; husband, John Cundiff; sisters, Bessie Cross, Juanita Jones and Beulah Tarter; and brothers, Howard Mize, William Mize and Leonard Mize.
Visitation for Louella will be held Sunday, Nov. 4 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the chapel of Somerset Undertaking & Crematory.
A celebration honoring the life of Louella will be held Monday, Nov. 5 at 1 p.m. at High Street Baptist Church with Rev. Ed Amundson and Rev. Sammie Adkins officiating.
Interment will be in the Mill Springs National Cemetery.
The family request that expressions of sympathy take the form of contributions to the High Street Baptist Church Building Fund.
