Lloyd Weddle

Lloyd D. Weddle, 68, of Elizabethtown, passed away Monday, Feb. 18, 2013 at Sunrise Manor. 
He was a native of Somerset, Ky. and served in the US Navy on the USS Aircraft Carrier Intrepid during the Vietnam War. He retired as a manager at Ray Corum's True Value. He worked with Ray Corum Stables and had a love for horses, and he was a trainer and breeder of the Tennessee Walker horses.  
He was preceded in death by his parents, Clay and Eva Kissee Weddle; and brother, Stanley Weddle.
He is surivived by his wife and true love, Priscilla Hensley Weddle; his PRIDE, Jamie Hodges and Jo El Pfeifer, both of Bardstown, and baby girl Sally Weddle Rineker of Elizabethtown; his JOY, Sarah, Amelia, Taylor, Noah and Luke; two brothers, Paul Weddle of Ariz. and Gene Weddle of Burnside; and three sisters, Freda Daulton of Somerset, Mary Jane Withers of Nicholasville, and Drucella Jordan of Marietta, Ga.
The funeral will be 10:30 a.m. Friday at Brown Funeral Home in Elizabethtown, Ky. 
Burial will follow at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery Central in Radcliff at 12 p.m.
Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Friday at the funeral home.
