Albert Saylor
Albert Saylor, 72, of Eubank, Ky., passed away Monday, March 3, 2014.
Arrangements are pending and will be announced later by Morris & Hislope Funeral Home.
Morris & Hislope Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.

Burniece Scott
Mrs. Burniece Scott, 91 of Somerset, Ky., was born on March 25, 1922 in Lancing Tennessee
and departed this life on Saturday, March 1, 2014.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday, March 6, 2014 at the chapel of the Pulaski Funeral Home.  
Burial will follow in the Lakeside Memorial Gardens.
The family of Mrs. Burniece Scott will receive friends Wednesday, March 5, 2014 from 5 until 8 p.m. at the Pulaski Funeral Home.
Pulaski Funeral Home is honored to be in charge of all arrangements for Burniece Scott.
 
Opal Sweet
Opal Irene Sweet, 80, of Waynesburg, Ky., passed away Saturday, March 1, 2014 at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital.
She was born in Kings Mountain, Ky., on May 1, 1933, daughter of the late Vonnie and Gladys Marie Pittman Pullum. She was a farmer.
She is survived by two daughters, Linda Shelley and Alice (and Carlos) Howell, both of Waynesburg, Ky.; three grandchildren, Reva York, Jeffrey York and Melinda Shelley; two great-grandchildren, Zayden York and Lilly Osborne; Phillip Witt, whom she thought of like a son, of Waynesburg, Ky.; two half-brothers and four half-sisters.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Ira B. Sweet; her parents; two daughters, Gladys Marie Sweet, who died in infancy, and Brenda Sweet; and one brother, Earl Pullum.
A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, March 5, 2014 at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home with Bro. Ron Shepherd officiating.
Burial will be in Jacob's Hill Cemetery.
