Lois Frank

Lois Frank, age 82 of Seymour, Tenn. and formerly of the Campground community, Pulaski County, Ky. passed away Monday, Sept. 2, 2013 at the UT Med Center in Knoxville, Tenn. 
She was born May 19, 1931 in Wayne County, Ky. to the late Billy and Myrtle Branscum Phillips. She was a member of Denham Street Baptist Church and was retired from the Insurance Acct. Dept. at  Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital.
She was preceded in death by her parents. 
She is survived by one son, Ron (Brenda) Phillips of Seymour, Tenn.; two grandchildren, Tiffany Phillips and Jennifer Phillips; and two great-grandchildren, Caleb Phillips and Lacey Phillips. 
Graveside services will be held Thursday, Sept. 5, 2013 at 11 a.m. at Lakeside Memorial Gardens with Bro. Bruce Conley officiating. 
In lieu of flowers the family requests that forms of donation be made to a charity of one's choice. 
Southern Oaks Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
