Somerset — Paul Combs

Paul Combs, 59, of Berea, Ky., formerly of Dayton, Ohio, passed away Wednesday, April 9, 2014.  

A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday,  April 12, 2014 at Barnett & Demrow Funeral Home, Waynesburg, Ky.  

Visitation will be 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.

Grover Denham

Grover B. Denham, 86, passed away Wednesday, April 9, 2014 at Somerset Nursing & Rehabilitation.  He was born in Pulaski County to the late Plano B. Denham and Rachel Hinkle Denham on Sept. 2, 1927. Grover was a member of West Somerset Baptist Church. He was a 32nd degree Mason and a lifetime member of Siver Lodge in Nancy, Ky.

Grover is survived by his wife of 63 years, Margaret Meece Denham; children Michael Denham (Betty) of Maysville, Ky., Joann Wesley (Steve) of Science Hill, Ky., and Mitchell Denham (Pam) of Danville, Ky.; grandchildren Melissa Hopkins (Eric), Alan Denham, Shaun Denham (Sheena), Shane Denham (Lillian), Joseph Patrick Denham, Dustin Denham, Amy Clark (Michael), Destini Wesley; and 10 great-grandchildren.

Grover is also survived by brothers and sisters, Berth H. Denham, Garvel H. Denham, Margaret O. Denham and Gertrude Denham Turner.

A graveside service celebrating the life of Grover Denham will be held Saturday, April 12, 2014 at 2:30 p.m. at Lakeside Memorial Gardens with Eugene Tartar officiating.

The family requests that expressions of sympathy take the form of contributions to your favorite charity.

Kenneth Fields

Kenneth Ray Fields, age 51, of Waynesburg, passed away Thursday, April 10, 2014.  

A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, April 13, 2014 at Barnett & Demrow Funeral Home.

Visitation will be from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Saturday, April 12, 2014 at the funeral home.
