Shirley Martin

Shirley Markwell Martin went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, July 03, 2013. 
She was born April 25, 1944 in Sandy Hook, Ky., the daughter of the late Willard Luster Markwell and Carrie Fannin Markwell. Shirley was united in marriage to Vernon Martin in Pairs, Ky., on January 19, 1969 and to this union was born one daughter, Tammy Hoehler and her husband Jeffery of Somerset, Ky. She is also survived by three grandchildren Adam, Elijah, and Carrie Kate Hoehler. 
Shirley was of the Baptist faith and was loved by all that knew her.
The family will receive  friends on Sunday, July 7, 2013 from 2pm to 4 p.m. at the chapel of Somerset Undertaking Co., with a celebration honoring the life of Shirley Martin at 4 p.m. at the chapel of Somerset Undertaking Co., with Rev. Greg Ryan officiating.
