Quilters support local veterans
The Pedal Pushers Quilt Club, a group of quilters meeting at the Pulaski County Public Library, are making quilts for American veterans residing in the county’s nursing homes.

Shopville High School classes of 1970-71 hold joint reunion
A joint reunion was held on October 8, 2011, for the 1970 and 1971 classes of Shopville High School.
The reunion was held at the Shopville Community Park across from the location of the old Shopville High School.
