Ratcliff crowned Grand Supreme

— Shana Ratcliff was crowned Grand Supreme at the Pearls and Gems State Pageant. She was also awarded best dress, most photogenic and most beautiful. She is the 18-year-old daughter of Dale and Dorothy Ratcliff.
