Lobb & Hendricksen announce engagement

Our Neighbors

Commonwealth Journal

Arnold and Dorothy Lobb of Brownsville, Ky., are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Emily Lois, to Nathan Lee Hendricksen, son of Danny and Mary Sadler and the late Gordon Hendricksen of Somerset.

Emily is the granddaughter of the late Hiram B. and Addie Lois Lobb of Barren County and William Ray Willoughby of St. Petersburg, Fla., and the late Mary Denham Willoughby.

She is a 2003 graduate of Edmonson County High School and a 2008 graduate of the University of Kentucky with a bachelor’s degree in art studio and a minor in psychology.

Nathan is the grandson of Georgia Waddle of Somerset and the late Harry Lee Waddle.

He is a 1998 graduate of Pulaski County High School, a 2004 graduate of Somerset Technical College with an associate degree in visual communication and will graduate from University of Kentucky in May 2009 with a bachelor’s degree in art studio.

The wedding will be held noon October 31, 2008, at the home of Tommy and Rosa Stewart, sister and brother-in-law of the bride, at 1849 Mt. Zion Road in Edmonson County, or if inclement weather, at Brownsville Missionary Baptist Church in Brownsville, Ky., with a reception lunch to follow.

The Rev. Calvin Bond of Brownsville Missionary Church, where Emily is a member, will preside.

All friends and relatives are invited.

We will be pleased to have you come and celebrate this joyous occasion with us.
