Kathrine Thompson celebrated her 90th birthday.
This was a joyous occasion which took place at her home in Burnside Sunday, July 17, 2011.
The event was hosted by her family from 2 until 4 p.m. with 147 friends present.
Kathrine was crowned queen for the day and began her reception by giving thanks to our Lord for allowing her to serve him many years.
After reminiscing about the adventures of her life, the guests shared memories which highlighted the kind, caring and wonderful lady she is.
The Tateville Baptist’s Youth Choir began the entertainment and the wonderful day ended with her cousin, Larry “Elvis” Davis serenading her with songs and shared a birthday dance with her.
