A Somerset man has been charged with several felonies following an investigation into a Jan. 10 domestic altercation.

Orland Bolen, 29, was arrested and charged with four counts of 1st degree wanton endangerment and three counts of 1st degree criminal mischief after he apparently used his vehicle as a weapon in a dispute with his wife.

Pulaski County Sheriff’s Deputy Jon Williams says Bolen rammed two vehicles with his vehicle at his South Harper Road residence in the early evening hours of Jan. 10. One of the vehicles which was struck hit Bolen’s wife, who was standing nearby. She was not injured, William said.

Another vehicle which was struck was forced through a wall of the couple’s house, where their two-year-old daughter was located. The child also did not sustain any injuries in the incident. Williams said Bolen’s in-laws were also standing near the vehicles, but were not injured.

Bolen was served with an arrest warrant on Monday and was lodged in the Pulaski County Sheriff’s Department on a $15,000 cash or property bond. Williams said law enforcement had been searching for Bolen since last Wednesday’s incident.
