The Pulaski County Sheriff’s Department is reporting several arrests.

• An investigation by the sheriff’s department’s criminal investigation division has resulted in the arrest of two local juveniles. A 14-year-old and 17-year-old have been charged with one count each of burglary 3rd degree in connection with an August 13 burglary at the Triangle Restaurant in Nancy. The juveniles are currently lodged at the Adair Youth Development Center in Adair County.

• Derrick L. Gaines, 22, of Somerset, was arrested on a warrant in connection with a burglary of a residence on Ky. 1643. Gaines was charged with burglary 1st degree, theft by unlawful taking (firearm), and unlawful transaction with a minor. The sheriff’s department says Gaines had a juvenile with him when he committed the crimes. Gaines was lodged in the Pulaski County Detention Center on a $50,000 cash bond on Thursday.

• Dylan J. Burton, 20, of Nancy, was arrested Wednesday on charges of rape 2nd degree (no force) and probation violation. Burton had originally received probation on the charge of cultivation of marijuana, five or more plants. Burton was lodged in the Pulaski County Detention Center on a $35,000 bond.

• Donald R. Stout, 44, of Indianapolis, Ind., who had been arrested Sept. 7 during a traffic stop in which approximately a pound of marijuana was found in his vehicle, was charged additionally with possession of a controlled substance 1st degree, 1st offense, when a further search of his vehicle revealed that a crack pipe and a small amount of crack cocaine was concealed in the vehicle. Stout was lodged in the Pulaski County Detention Center on a $5,000 cash or property bond.
