As of 6 p.m., the issue that was disrupting wireless and VoIP calls to the emergency lines of the Pulaski County 911 Center has been resolved.

Just before 12:30 p.m., the dispatcher center issued a Code RED alert to citizens notifying them that they should call the center's non-emergency administrative number if they were needing assistance.

911 Director Aaron Ross told the newspaper that within 10 minutes of that alert, calls were coming through that administrative line and dispatching resumed as normal until wireless service could be restored.
